SOAP NUTS USES

I. LAUNDRY DIRECTIONS:

Place 4-5 soap nuts into the provided wash bag.

Using warm or hot water, place bag of soap nuts in your washing machine before your clothes. The water combining with the Soap Nuts will release the saponins.

Since my last blog entry here touching on local eats and locavorism (http://www.greeningthebeige.org/gtb/node/302), I've decided to go on a quest that will transform me from the inside out. Simply by eating different foods. The goal is to improve my overall well being, while also doing something good for the global ecosystem.
