Beijing's landfills are getting full fast! Reduce the "trash" you throw away by purchasing products with minimal packaging. Look for reusable, recyclable, and biodegrable items and remember to carry your reusable shopping bags!

Don't own a bike? No worries.
You can still join the 350 Beijing Green Train. There is a bicycle rental stand outside Exit B of Gulou Dajie station (鼓楼大街站) on subway line 2. This is the closest subway station to the starting point.
Today the employee at that branch of 贝科蓝图 quoted 20 RMB/day for renting one of their bikes. I'm not sure how much the deposit is (if any). http://www.bjbr.cn
Anyone know of other bike rental stores at other stations along the Green Train route?

I have spoken to owner whom agrees to rent out the giant bike (second option in listing) for 100 RMB for 24 hours (Price is normally 200 RMB), Ie people will need to go to bike store (easily located in Wangfujing North St.) to pick up on Friday afternoon after 5pm. (They shut at 10pm)
Bike choice is the Mt Bike (Giant)
or touring bike featured on the listings. For other bikes they can also rent out but will have to neg. on their own terms.
The deposit is either:
A. Passport
B. 1000 RMB (normally 2000 RMB)
