Bekka Baker, Eco-Fashion Show Director

From make-up to choreographing the catwalk, Bekka has given her green soul to the GtB fashion show since 2007. Her portfolio ranges from television to magazine shoots, as a PA, a make-up artist, a model in both the U.S. and China. Some other ways she spends her time beyond making the world a more beautiful peopled place, is by collecting antique telephones, dancing as she DJs, painting and recording music in her Beijing home studio.

自2007年开始，Bekka将她的绿色理念带入到‘点废成绿’的时装秀中，从化妆到设计舞蹈动作。，她曾在美国和中国的电视和杂志拍摄领域担任过助理、化妆师、和模特的角色。在闲暇之时，她喜欢收集古董电话机、跳舞、画画，以及在她北京的家里录制音乐，她希望将这个世界绘制成更适宜人类生存的地方。

Kyle Benjamin, Designer / Artist

The helmsman of AVA Creative, Kyle created the first visual theme for Greening the Beige in 2007, in addition to organizing and co-directing its launch. Now on the other side of the planet, he has returned to design this year's media and theme for Greening the Beige 3: Re-Energize Beijing! Ines Brunn, Adviser
(Green Super Hero)

Her shining star skills as an artistic cyclist (www.trick-bike.com) has made her a headlining act in GtB's program of events since 2007. This year Ines opened Natooke, a juggling equipment and fixed gear bike shop in Wudaoying Hutong near the Lama Temple (www.natooke.com). When she's not busy running the shop, perfecting acrobatic feats on her bike, cycling all over Beijing and beyond, she's been devoted to the development of GtB. Enjoy her trick bike talent and be amazed this year at GtB'3 when she performs at the Grand Finale event on Saturday, November 28.从2007年的第一年点废成绿的活动到今年,Ines的自行车特技一直是我们活动的压轴大戏.(www.trick-bike.com)今年她在雍和宫附近的五道营胡同开了一家专卖杂耍和自行车零件的商店.闲时的Ines一直投身于支持点废成绿的发展.今年她又要大显身手了,来参加我们的闭幕活动一开眼界吧.

Juliet Chen & "Birdie" Wu Lei

As a mother of an 11 year daughter and another mother-to-be: Juliet (mother of Helen Wenjie Cai 蔡文捷) and Birdie (mother-to-be) have contributed a generous amount of spare time to proofreading and language processing for GtB'3 outside of their full-time jobs. Dedicated and supportive new members to our team, both have acted as GtB's communication keystones this year in support of Beijing's green future.
一个是女儿已经11岁的Juliet,另一个是马上要为人母的Birdie. 他们都有自己繁忙的全职工作,但是却在百忙中抽出时间完成了点废成绿今年几乎所有的中文翻译,校正和文字处理工作.她们两位的无私彻底的支持造就了今年的点废成绿和明天绿色的北京.

BB Deng, Event Manager

With years of experience in music, film, and entertainment, BB has been a fixture in Beijing's creative circles and scenes since 2002. Well known as a DJ, club owner, and as of late, the cinema program and event manager at CNEX Salon, her vital magic is the fundamental force behind the closing Grand Finale event for GtB'3 this year.多年在北京的音乐,电影等娱乐圈里打拼的BB从2002年一直是北京创意圈里的主力.她既是DJ,俱乐部老板,又是CNEX沙龙的电影节目和活动经理.今年她将在我们的闭幕式上给我们带来她的精彩节目.

Ryan Dutcher, Public Outreach
(Green PR Guru)

Ryan Dutcher, who has been seen in Beijing on and off for the past few years (mostly on), has been working on public relations for Greening the Beige. A PR professional by day with an international PR firm, Ryan will be overseeing the rebranding of his PR agency as an eco-minded agency with the goal of lowering its carbon foot-print and becoming a true paper-less agency. Following the rebrand on Jan. 2010, the agency will only work with clients who share a similar philosophy and share the same goal of lowering their carbon footprint. Ryan is also the co-founder of Gayographic.org, a resource for the gay community in Beijing.

Ryan Dutcher在过去的几年中经常造访北京（大部分时间在北京），并负责点废成绿公众关系工作。作为一家国际化公关公司的专业人士，Ryan将会重新审视他的机构，并发展为低碳排放的环保组织，争取成为真正意义上的无纸办公。在2010年1月以后，他们将与客户共同分享低碳排放的理念并共同实现目标。Ryan同时是Gayographic.org的创始人。

Krisianto Gondohutomo, Web Management

Originally from Indonesia, Kris has been living in Beijing for over 4 years now. Enthusiastically joining our team this year, Kris works as the webmaster and system administrator at the Canadian International School of Beijing. With an advertising and event management background, he volunteers to support the web content and design layout for Greening the Beige. We're tickled *green* to have so many lively new additions to our site (and more to come!!) with his aid.

来自印度尼西亚的Kris，已在北京居住了4年，并于今年加入了我们的团队。Kris目前在加拿大国际学校IT部门任职。他志愿为点废成绿网站内容和版面设计提供帮助，期待他为我们带来一个生动的网站。

Ilsa McBryde, Web Development & Design

One of GtB's original masterminds, Ilsa has a degree in Graphic Design and holds an extensive portfolio of Wed-based design. She acted as liaison between Greening the Beige and the Western Academy of Beijing, providing curatorial support for GtB's inaugural event in May 2007. Ilsa continued guiding the project last year, developing the GtB website as a public open-source information site and innovating GtB's official logo. Currently lifting her Media & Design company in Beijing -- Propaganda Unit -- off the ground, she continues to work on GtB as a charitable project and keeps our website running like a smooth, clean, green-oiled machine.

作为点废成绿最初策划人之一的Ilsa，毕业于平面设计专业并在网站设计方面拥有丰富经验。作为点废成绿和北京京西学校之间的联络员，她为点废成绿于2007年5月举办的活动提供了支持。Ilsa于去年继续负责项目，并开发了网站及点废成绿官方标识。目前她在北京成立了媒体设计公司，同时她将继续支持点废成绿的项目，并确保我们的网站运行良好。

Mai Quant, Project Coordinator

Multi-national and multi-lingual, Mai can hold a good conversation with about 1/3 of the world. After receiving a degree in Graphic Design and Italian from the University of Notre Dame she spent 1 year studying Chinese at Beijing Language and Culture University before passing the HSK4. A pescaterian, a capoierista, a naturalist, and the Marketing Director of WeLiveInBeijing.com, Mai has been a part of GtB'3 since its inception and always makes time to help out with the project's various green needs and demands.

通晓多国语言和文化，Mai能够与世界上三分之一的人沟通自如。自美国圣母大学毕业并获得平面设计和意大利语语言学位后，Mai在北京语言文化大学学习了一年汉语，通过了汉语水平四级考试。Mai是pescaterian素食主义者（不吃鱼肉之外的任何肉类）、capoierista修习者（一种巴西艺术形式）、自然主义者，以及WeLiveInBeijing.com的营销总监。自“点废成绿”成立之日起至今，Mai一直参予其中，为项目的各种环保需求和要求提供帮助。

Carissa Welton, Founder and Program Director 创始人及项目总监
(Green Lover 绿色拥护者)

Carissa holds a B.A. in Humanities/Asian Art Studies from San Francisco State University (signed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger!). She fled to China in February 2004, and has been hosting art and music events in the capital since 2006. Her motivation for hosting the first Greening the Beige came from her selection as an installation artist for Burning Man 2007 and researching white pollution in China. Consequently she discovered several artists and community groups in Beijing dedicated to environmental stewardship. The desire to connect her project with these artists in order to make a collective awareness-raising effort developed quite naturally. And what began purely as a labor of love project she intends to develop as an organization that will serve the Beijing community for years to come.

拥有旧金山州立大学人文学/亚洲艺术研究学位。她创立并组织了点废成绿前两年的艺术和音乐活动。点废成绿的创意来自她对中国白色污染概况所做的一项研究，结果发现北京有相当数量致力于环保的艺术家和社会组织。这项爱心工程将会发展壮大，始终服务北京。

Jennifer Xu, Event Manager
活动策划经理
(Urban Angel 都市天使)

A property development professional, Jennifer's also a committed and extremely caring GtB volunteer, spending her after work hours coordinating, mitigating, and planning for its success. From the tiniest to the most ginormous details, she's acted as both the right and left hand of GtB'3. Jennifer moved to Beijing last year from her native city of Qingdao and plans to stay for several years to come; "This is my home now, and I just want to help make it a nice place to live".

Jennifer不仅仅是从事房地产开发的专业人士，还是“点废成绿”敬业而极具爱心的志愿者。她花费了大量业余时间来协调、促进及策划“点废成绿”的各项活动，以保证其成功。从不起眼的细节到超大型的活动，她一一兼顾，成为“点废成绿”强有力的左膀右臂。Jennifer是去年从家乡青岛来到北京的，计划在北京呆几年。“这儿现在就是我的家了，希望自己能为建设宜居的北京贡献一份力量。”

Iris Yee, Project Manager

Blowing into Beijing from New York, Iris has assisted with everything
from outreach, management and dirty work for GtB related events and
operations. After graduating with a degree in Sociology from Wellesley
College, she marketed independent films, blogged about branding and
been a media team member for organizations from New York to Black Rock
City. She is a true star volunteer with an aura that glitters of playa dust.

Iris是从纽约来到北京的。在“点废成绿”相关的活动和运营中，不管是宣传、管理方面的事务还是又脏又累的体力活，总是忙碌着她的身影。Iris自韦尔斯利学院毕业并获得社会学学位后，曾营销过独立影片，撰写过品牌建设的博客，并曾先后成为纽约和黑石城传媒团队的一员。Iris是一位真正的明星志愿者，仿若沙漠中那颗闪闪发光的神奇沙粒。

Benjamin Liang Zhang 张亮, Event Host and Manager

Chinese born and raised Ben has never stopped surprising people around him with his multi-talents. Since the very beginning of GTB, he has been one of the most avid supporters and contributors to its development. He's done just about everything -- from translating documents, interpreting speeches, to modeling at GtB fashion shows and managing events. Thanks to the live auction he hosted at GTB'08, GTB raised over 3,000 RMB. Ben is also the founder of Gayographic, an LGBT organization dedicated to community development.

在中国出生长大的张亮非常多才多艺.他一直是点废成绿最热情的支持者之一.不管是翻译文件还是负责活动, 甚至走上T台,他从不二话,尽心尽意.去年他主持的拍卖活动筹集了善款资助四川花旦项目.张亮也是Gayographic大城小同的创立者,致力于北京LGBT社区的发展.
