It's a bit off subject but
It's a bit off subject but that shop also sells parachute coconut oil which is 100% natural and good for skin and hair (although it does make you smell like a coconut) so after you destroy your hair with dye you can massage it with coconut oil. You can also cook with it and it blasts zits too. We used to buy massive bottles of the stuff in India for everything.

yes, i realize this stuff is not really environmentally or people friendly.
apologies for not making that more clear in the original post.
after taking a 1.5 year break from coloring, i will say that my skin tends to be more irritated and sensitive when i have dye in my hair.
it's an old vice, and i'm thinking this is the last color job for me. still, i'll keep on the look-out for 100% natural henna...

"henna based" is good. the rest is pure toxic baloney!!!
Glad to hear you still even have hair on your head after experimenting.
