Challenge yourself in this popular class and discover some surprises about cooking with tofu. You will learn how to use this highly versatile, protein-packed ingredient in a variety of cooking styles and will see the humble tofu in a new light!
Sept 14th, 7:15pm: Vietnamese Vegetarian cooking class
Classic Vietnamese dishes including fresh ricepaper rolls, Vietnamese crepes and more. Light and tasty dishes with a focus on using the freshest ingredients.
Sept 16th, 10am: Southeast Asian Vegetarian cooking class
Make use of fresh local ingredients to make 3 different Southeast Asian dishes - Singaporean, Malaysian, Vietnamese, or any combination of these. Add some variety to your life!
Sept 28th, 7:15pm: Brunch@Home
Love going out for Sunday brunch? How about doing it at home for a change? Get some inspiration in this new class and learn some sweet and savoury brunch favourites such as orange-ricotta pancakes, sweet potato cakes and more.
Sept 30th, 7:15pm: Indian Vegetarian cooking class
A hands-on experience in learning how to make an authentic 3-course Indian meal from scratch, consisting of tasty appetisers, spicy curries, rice pilafs and more. Class includes explanation of spices, where to buy ingredients and how to achieve the most authentic flavours.
All classes will be taught at The Hutong and are 220rmb/class. Private classes can be arranged upon request and tailored to your preference, and all classes can be catered to vegans.
